A seasoned Import Sea Freight professional is required to work in Sydney, processing Import Sea Freight shipments accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and check pre-alert documents, process registration, sea cargo, and underbonds
  • Send arrival notice and pre-alerts to relevant parties
  • Check transhipments and update details accordingly
  • Check and pay carrier/co-loader invoices
  • Obtain and ensure EDO's are received in a timely manner
  • Enter charges and complete billing

Requirements:

  • Import Sea Freight experience is essential
  • Understanding of INCOTERMS
  • Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
  • CargoWise experience (desired)
