We are seeking an experienced Sea Freight Operations Specialist to join our team. This role involves the end-to-end processing of import sea freight shipments and customer service duties.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in freight forwarding operations, specifically with Cargowise software. Mandarin language skills are highly desirable but not essential.

This is a challenging role that requires strong communication and organizational skills. You will be responsible for:

  • Managing client inquiries and providing exceptional customer service
  • Processing job registrations, pre-alerts, EDO's, underbonds, and customs clearance
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Liaising with shipping lines, freight forwarders, overseas agents, customers, suppliers, and internal staff

  • Experience with Cargowise software or similar systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
