Health Education Officer Graduate

As a Health Education Officer, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in shaping healthier futures. You will be part of a dynamic team working together to improve the health and wellbeing of families with children from birth to 5 years.

The role involves developing, implementing and evaluating preventive health programs as part of a team responsible for improving child and family health.

This position requires building partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, including early childhood education and care services and community organisations.

You will contribute to meeting key performance indicators for Munch & Move and Go4Fun programs, as well as delivering other initiatives that support child and family health.

This is a temporary full-time position based at a health promotion service, with a hybrid model of working currently in place.

To succeed in this role, you will need relevant tertiary qualifications in health promotion, population/public health, education, community development or an allied health discipline. A Working With Children Check (WWCC) and NSW Drivers Licence are also required.
