- Genuine passion for mental health advocacy, with valued lived experience and a commitment to empowering individuals through meaningful employment opportunities and social inclusion
- Proven ability to manage daily operations at the site, ensuring efficient workflow and client engagement, skilled in building rapport and conducting assessments of clients' skills, barriers, and employment potential
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying challenges and implementing effective, client-centred solutions
- Excellent time management, organisational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and database systems
- Demonstrated ability to motivate, encourage, and advocate for clients, fostering confidence and resilience in their employment journey
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a commitment to delivering a high-quality, responsive experience for clients and stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and multitask effectively in a dynamic work environment
- Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication style to suit diverse audiences
- Adherence to organisational policies, procedures, contractual obligations, and code of conduct
