Operational Excellence Manager

As an Operational Excellence Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving short-term, high-impact operational improvements across the business.
About the RoleYou will be working closely with and across Operations, Engineering, Commercial, and other functional teams to ensure rapid execution of improvement projects that align with strategic priorities while delivering measurable value to the business.
Key ResponsibilitiesProcess Improvement & Efficiency Enhancement
Analyse processes, workflows, and systems to identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement. Apply Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies to eliminate waste and improve quality.
Cost Optimization & Savings
Negotiate with suppliers and service providers for better value and collaborate with Finance to track and report realized savings.
Operational Performance Enhancement
Work with site managers and operations teams to implement best practice processes, monitor performance metrics, and introduce changes to improve productivity, service delivery, and safety outcomes.
Engineering Capability Development
Partner with Engineering to identify capability gaps and improvement opportunities in maintenance, asset utilization, and project delivery.
Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement
Engage with stakeholders at all levels to gain buy-in for improvement initiatives, communicate clearly on project objectives, progress, and results.
Reporting & Governance
Maintain an improvement project register and track delivery against timelines, budgets, and benefits.
