About this role
- We are seeking a Quality and Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a vital role in ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving quality assurance processes to ensure compliance and operational excellence
- Leading internal and external audits to monitor quality operations
- Overseeing the student management system to ensure regulatory compliance
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience
- Supporting the education manager across various initiatives
Requirements
- Diploma of Vocational Education and Training highly desirable
- Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Proven experience in quality assurance and compliance management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Additional requirements
- A current Working with Children Check or NDIS Worker's Screening, or willingness to gain one if successful
- A valid driver's licence
- Ability to pass a police check
