Operations Excellence Manager

As a seasoned operations professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the food and beverage/culinary operations of our hotel. You will lead assigned teams to achieve financial goals and maintain high standards of quality and service.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role within the hospitality industry. They will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive business results and foster a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead assigned food and beverage/culinary operations to achieve financial goals and maintain high standards of quality and service.
- Develop and implement effective coaching strategies to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Maintain open communication with employees, addressing concerns promptly and providing support when needed.
- Demonstrate self-confidence, energy, and enthusiasm in all interactions.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Able to motivate and empower staff to deliver exceptional guest service.
- Familiarity with Marriott International's policies and procedures (note: not included in job requirements)
