We are seeking a dedicated and innovative professional to join our Corporate Office team as a Manager of Operational Excellence. In this role, you will be responsible for defining, maintaining, and assuring the standards by which our operational staff are trained and supported to perform their roles effectively and safely.
Responsibilities- Manage the national Standards and Training program for our organization.
- Develop and implement operational training and competency assessment tools.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all training on our Training Platform (MLZ).
- Coordinate national training and facilitation calendar.
- Design new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Orders (WOs) by which all frontline operations staff perform their roles.
- Demonstrated success in a similar role with experience in project management.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR, Training, or Course Writing.
- Well-developed report writing and presentation skills to C-Level.
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and influencing skills.
