Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Commercial Performance Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for protecting the company's commercial interests by ensuring that contractual agreements meet our expectations and align with company policies.

  • Leading negotiations with customers, vendors, and partners
  • Reviewing and approving documents related to contractual posture and company policy adherence
  • Advising management on contractual rights and obligations and providing interpretation of terms and conditions
  • Actively participating in the sales cycle and commercial pre-sales support

Qualifications and Experience:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Extensive knowledge of managed services (outsourcing) contract management

  • Understanding of technical infrastructure projects and related technology dependencies
  • Demonstrated experience in account management disciplines
  • Strong business and financial acumen, including finance management practices
  • 10+ years of senior commercial and contract management experience in complex managed services environment
