Job Summary
We're seeking a passionate and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional resident experiences, providing support and guidance to our students, and contributing to the overall success of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Resident Experience: Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for our residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Support and Guidance: Provide assistance and guidance to residents on a range of issues, including academic support, personal well-being, and general queries.
- Administrative Duties: Coordinate and execute administrative tasks, including mail management, filing, and other duties as required.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and report concerns and issues related to resident safety and well-being, escalating as needed.
