We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Strategic Community Engagement Manager.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and leading regional delivery of corporate community engagement and internal communications programs to Aboriginal communities.

You will leverage effective stakeholder relationships to uplift cultural understanding and knowledge in Water Corporation capabilities and strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a degree level qualification in Business or other relevant discipline, along with substantial experience working with Aboriginal communities, internal and external stakeholders and industry groups on complex matters.

The role will involve managing the strategic development, central management and coordination of community engagement, stakeholder engagement and government relations for the ACWS program.

You will lead the implementation of assigned change initiatives to meet future Water Corporation objectives and Corporate risk requirements.

You will oversee and manage the development and implementation of engagement programs within budget and timeframe according to current and future strategic Corporate goals.

You will prepare and provide expert advice on policies, briefs and reports to the Water Corporate Executive, Minister and other agencies and organisations.
