About You:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the aged care sector
- A Registered Nurse qualification and AHPRA registration (desired)
- Proven track record in people management and leadership
- Tertiary qualifications in business, finance, or management (highly desired)
- NDIS Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
