Electrical Lead Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Lead Engineer to lead complex electrical scopes in our water infrastructure projects. As an Electrical Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for reviewing detailed electrical engineering requirements, providing technical oversight during the bidding process, and coordinating with cross-functional departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and assess detailed electrical engineering requirements for water treatment and desalination plant designs.
  • Provide technical guidance during the bidding process, including the evaluation and assessment of proposed electrical systems and procedures.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to enhance interdisciplinary collaboration and improve bid quality.
  • Support the bidding team in standardization tasks and contribute to the development of consistent technical approaches.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Extract and communicate key technical information from bid documents.
  • Propose technical improvements to enhance bid competitiveness and feasibility.
  • Prepare and contribute to significant portions of client proposals, presentations, and defenses.
  • Maintain accurate and effective documentation throughout the bid and project phases.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Electrical Lead Engineer or Senior Electrical Engineer in water infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems design, optimization, and equipment specification.
  • Demonstrated involvement in major tenders within the region.
