Key Responsibilities:- Establish and Maintain Client Relationships: Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients by understanding their goals, needs, and challenges.
- Liaise with Internal Teams: Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure client requirements are met and expectations exceeded.
- Client Retention Strategies: Develop and implement client retention strategies to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve client issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Project Monitoring: Monitor and report on project margins, providing solutions to any cost or time-related challenges.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and submit financial reports, job progress updates, and other site performance information as required.
- Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and market changes to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Proven Experience: Proven experience in a client-facing role, such as account management or customer relations, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, commerce, or project management. Alternatively, experience within a similar role in the above areas.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Organisational Skills: Strong organisational and time management skills.
