About the Role
The Client Services Representative Team at DPV Health provides exceptional services to both staff and external clients. The team is committed to delivering its services with professionalism, quality, and efficiency.
We are seeking a part-time Client Services Representative to work across various DPV Health sites, ensuring service delivery at reception is delivered in a professional, proficient, and caring manner to staff members and clients of DPV Health.
This position is five days a week, Monday to Friday, with a flexible schedule.
About You
Applicants must have significant customer service experience, a high level of competency in Microsoft Office Products, and highly developed communication and problem-solving skills to manage complex enquiries.
Your ability to adapt to new information technology systems and relate well with clients and staff will be highly valuable for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to staff and external clients
- Manage complex enquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Work collaboratively with the Client Services Team to achieve service delivery goals
