About the Role
The Client Services Representative Team at DPV Health provides services to both staff and external clients with professionalism, quality, and efficiency.
We are recruiting a part-time Client Services Representative to work across various DPV Health sites, ensuring service delivery at reception is delivered in a professional, proficient, and caring manner to staff members and clients.
This position is five days a week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 1:00 pm.
About You
Applicants must have significant customer service experience, a high level of competency in Microsoft Office Products, and highly developed communication and problem-solving skills to manage complex enquiries.
Your ability to adapt to new information technology systems and relate well with clients and staff will be highly valuable for this position.
Requirements
- A National Police Check and International Police Check (if applicable) will be required for successful candidates.
- A valid WWCC and full driver's license are also required.
