Job Title

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pastoral Care Coordinator to join our team at Catholic Healthcare. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires effective communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with staff and residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide pastoral care services to residents, ensuring their spiritual needs are met.
  • Work collaboratively with the service manager and staff to ensure seamless delivery of care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation as required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma-level qualifications in pastoral care, theology, or spirituality.
  • Experience or training in bereavement counseling.
  • Police check and COVID vaccination required.
  • NDIS check (or willing to obtain).

Desirable Requirements:

  • Qualifications in counseling.
  • Clinical pastoral education.
