Employee Relations Specialist

We seek a skilled professional to promote a positive employee relations culture and minimize organisational risks.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely advice on employment laws, policies, and industrial matters.
  • Support managers in addressing employee grievances, conduct investigations, and ensure fair outcomes.
  • Implement changes in line with new enterprise bargaining agreements.
  • Contribute to the development of compliant employee relations policies and processes.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders for positive employee relations.

About You:

  • Previous experience as an HR Advisor/ER Advisor.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills - bring solutions to the table.
  • Closely located to Heidelberg or be in a commutable distance.
  • Advantageous if you have a background in Healthcare or NFP.
  • Sound judgement and maturity to handle sensitive matters competently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
