Job Overview

A Workplace Relations Advisor is sought by a global healthcare organisation to provide efficient IR/ER advice and guidance across the business. Located in Melbourne CBD, this permanent opportunity will see you join the team to develop ER/IR capabilities and empower HR Business Partners to manage end-to-end investigations.

  • Acting as the point of escalation for complex ER matters
  • Partnering with HR Business Partners to develop ER/IR Capabilities
  • Interpreting awards and EBA's and providing guidance to employees and managers
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation, industrial instruments and modern awards
Key Responsibilities
  • Support HR Business Partners with upcoming EBA negotiations
  • Providing support and guidance on ER matters
Requirements
  • Experience working within a similar Workplace Relations/ER position
  • In-depth knowledge of Australian Employment Law legislation
  • Prior experience interpreting awards and Enterprise Agreements
  • Exposure to working on EBA negotiations advantageous
