Identity Architect

This role plays a critical part in defining the identity strategy for an enterprise, ensuring secure and scalable solutions across complex environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to solution architecture deliverables, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
  • Provide expert advice on identity requirements, security methodologies, integration patterns, and potential solutions.
  • Support projects by delivering preliminary solution architectures, presenting risks and recommendations to governance boards, and providing assurance throughout delivery.
  • Consult across multiple identity projects, influencing strategy, governance, and technical direction.
  • Guide stakeholders on identity compliance obligations and uplift identity practices within the architecture community.
Requirements:
  • Deep expertise in Identity and Access Management, modern authentication, and federation technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of platforms such as SailPoint, CyberArk, Auth0/Okta, Microsoft Entra, and Active Directory.
  • Experience in large-scale enterprise environments with complex integration needs.
  • Familiarity with ACSC Essential 8, ISM, PSPF, ISO 27001, NIST, CPS234, and related frameworks.
  • At least 5 years' experience in security solution architecture.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Relevant certifications (CISSP, SABSA, or similar) are highly valued.
