Job Title: Enterprise Identity Strategist

We're seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead enterprise identity strategy, driving secure and scalable solutions across complex environments.

About the Role:

  • This is an opportunity to play a critical role in shaping our identity strategy, ensuring seamless integration and robust security.
  • You'll work closely with senior architects, cyber experts, and business leaders to influence major projects and elevate identity capability at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead solution architecture deliverables, aligning with enterprise standards and best practices.
  • Provide expert guidance on identity requirements, security methodologies, and potential solutions.
  • Support large-scale projects by delivering preliminary solution architectures, presenting risks and recommendations to governance boards, and providing assurance throughout delivery.
  • Consult across multiple identity projects, influencing strategy, governance, and technical direction.
  • Guide stakeholders on identity compliance obligations and uplift identity practices within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Deep expertise in Identity and Access Management, modern authentication, and federation technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of platforms such as SailPoint, CyberArk, Auth0/Okta, Microsoft Entra, and Active Directory.
  • Experience in large-scale enterprise environments with complex integration needs.
  • Familiarity with ACSC Essential 8, ISM, PSPF, ISO 27001, NIST, CPS234, and related frameworks.
  • 8+ years' development, architecture, and consulting experience, including at least 5 years in security solution architecture.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Relevant certifications (CISSP, SABSA, or similar) are highly valued.
