Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Identity Architect to provide expert guidance and technical leadership across the full project lifecycle. In this role, you'll collaborate with business and cyber teams to shape identity requirements, assess solutions, and deliver security-aligned architectures that meet enterprise needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to solution architecture deliverables and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
  • Provide expert advice on identity requirements, security methodologies, integration patterns, and potential solutions.
  • Support projects by delivering preliminary solution architectures, presenting risks and recommendations to governance boards, and providing assurance throughout delivery.
  • Consult across multiple identity projects, influencing strategy, governance, and technical direction.
  • Guide stakeholders on identity compliance obligations and uplift identity practices within the architecture community.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Deep expertise in Identity and Access Management, modern authentication, and federation technologies is essential. Strong knowledge of platforms such as SailPoint, CyberArk, Auth0/Okta, Microsoft Entra, and Active Directory is also required. Experience in large-scale enterprise environments with complex integration needs is necessary. Familiarity with ACSC Essential 8, ISM, PSPF, ISO 27001, NIST, CPS234, and related frameworks is highly valued. A minimum of 8 years' development, architecture, and consulting experience, including at least 5 years in security solution architecture, is expected. Relevant certifications (CISSP, SABSA, or similar) are highly valued.
