Identity Strategy Lead

This is an opportunity to play a critical role in shaping enterprise identity strategy, ensuring secure and scalable solutions across a complex environment.

As an experienced Identity Architect, you will partner with business and cyber teams to shape identity requirements, assess solutions, and deliver security-aligned architectures that meet enterprise needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to solution architecture deliverables and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
  • Provide expert advice on identity requirements, security methodologies, integration patterns, and potential solutions.
  • Support projects by delivering preliminary solution architectures, presenting risks and recommendations to governance boards, and providing assurance throughout delivery.
  • Consult across multiple identity projects, influencing strategy, governance, and technical direction.
  • Guide stakeholders on identity compliance obligations and uplift identity practices within the architecture community.

You will work alongside senior architects, cyber experts, and business leaders, influencing major projects and uplifting identity capability at scale.
