Job Opportunity

This is a key leadership role within the Faculty of Medicine and Health, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of high-quality biomedical research facilities and scientific support services.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the Medicine and Health Research Infrastructure and Operational Services Team
  • Implement efficient and effective delivery of research facilities and services
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives
  • Manage processes to meet faculty research outcomes and maintain high-standard research facilities
Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications and extensive experience in providing high-quality operations or operational support
  • Proven people leadership, development, engagement, and management skills
  • Experience working with computer systems and applications, including Microsoft 365 suite and oracle databases
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
  • Skillful influencing and consultation skills, with ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders
