Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Fulfilment And Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the on-going management and continued development of a large third-party fulfilment network across product categories for the ANZ region.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Becoming a power user of our Product and Fulfilment tools and owning the end-to-end process of integrating third-party fulfillers on our platforms, creating products, updating SKUs, and managing delivery services.
  • Analysis and reporting on the performance of our fulfilment network to include monthly reconciliations and invoicing.
  • Monitoring the performance of our internal and external fulfillers, proactively acting with them to solve issues, identifying improvement opportunities, and driving execution of those.

The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, a degree in business, technology, engineering, or related field, and experience working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in operations, category management, sourcing, or related field.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • A degree in business, technology, engineering, or related field.
