Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance on complex industrial and workplace policy matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Support the development of performance management frameworks, employment strategies, and rewards/recognition programs that align with business objectives.
- Manage workplace relations and performance case management for employees and supervisors, fostering open communication and resolving conflicts effectively.
- Oversee reporting and management of SES workplace terms and conditions, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Contribute to the creation and improvement of employment policies, maintaining a fair and equitable work environment.
- Deliver logistical and organizational support for international deployments, including family assistance, to ensure seamless execution.
- Advise stakeholders on international policy and deployment-related matters, providing informed insights and recommendations.
- Coordinate visits and engagements with international partners, building strategic relationships and promoting organizational interests.
- Prepare detailed reports on international deployments, highlighting outcomes and lessons learned to inform future initiatives.
- Review and maintain internal policies, procedures, and guidelines related to international deployments, ensuring they are up-to-date and effective.
- Contribute to various HR initiatives across the branch, driving continuous improvement and best practices.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Must hold Australian Citizenship.
- Security Clearance: Must have security clearance.
