In your role as HR Business Partner you will have a dedicated internal client base to provide HR support and advice to, within a growing Defence industry business. Your clients may come to you seeking guidance on anything from grievances and performance management to remuneration, workforce planning and professional development for staff.

The team is supported by an HR admin/officer and there is an independent talent function to attract and recruit. The team is established and well experienced, led by a strong, positive director, who is genuinely committed to the professional development of their team and will extend stretch opportunities when HR projects need leading.

Your role is permanent and they are ready for you to start ASAP. Experience deliver HR business partnering in a commercial setting will be ideal.
