**The Role & The Team**

Join Airservices as the International Programs Specialist, leading the coordination of our involvement with ICAO and CANSO. You will collaborate with Tripartite partners, managing logístical support for international programs and enhancing neighbouring aviation capabilities through MOUs. Your impact will be felt through compliance with international standards, innovative practices, and timely reporting, you will work closely with key stakeholders to contribute to global aviation standards.

**The Person**

The Successful Applicant Will Have:

- Demonstrated project management experience.
- High-level written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including negotiation and influencing.
- In-depth understanding of aviation international standards.
- Ability to work autonomously and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Proven ability to challenge existing work practices and exercise initiative.
- Tertiary qualification in project management and/or International Affairs is highly desirable.
