Compensation & Rewards Professional

 

This exciting role presents an opportunity to lead the development and implementation of comprehensive compensation strategies, overseeing benefits administration and refining job evaluation methods. As a key member of the team, you will partner with Unit Leadership teams and HR Leads to ensure transparency in Gender Pay Gap reporting and conduct audits to ensure compliance.

 

The ideal candidate will possess experience in leading reward and analytics, preferably in consulting or operational roles within large complex businesses. You should be able to navigate complex people data environments, showcasing strengths in analysis, data mining, reporting, and problem solving. Relevant tertiary or vocational qualifications in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields are highly desirable.

Requirements:

  • Experience in leading reward and analytics, ideally in listed financial services companies or large complex businesses
  • Navigating complex people data environments, analysing data, reporting, and problem-solving
  • Relevant tertiary or vocational qualifications in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • Awareness of APAC remuneration and benefit trends is desirable
