Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Claims Specialist based in Adelaide. This role offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on someone's life every day, providing workers compensation advice and delivering personalised face-to-face assistance to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance on workers compensation matters to ensure seamless support for claimants, employers and providers.
  • Deliver high-quality, tailored services to meet the diverse needs of our clients through proactive case management and effective communication.
  • Conduct thorough site visits to assess workplace hazards and provide recommendations for improvement, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Evaluate and approve rehabilitation plans, working closely with service providers to facilitate successful return-to-work outcomes.
Essential Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A strong understanding of relevant worker's compensation legislation and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
  • High-level organisational and time management skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving targets.
  • A basic understanding of medical terminology and the ability to interpret complex information.
