About Our Opportunity

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic professional to fill the role of Career Development Specialist in our Coorparoo office.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who possess excellent communication skills, a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, and the ability to work effectively as part of a high-performing team.

You will be responsible for:

  1. Providing top-notch customer support and maintaining strong relationships with clients;
  2. Processing orders and handling administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency;
  3. Liaising with internal departments to resolve customer queries and concerns;
  4. Achieving individual key performance indicators and contributing to the overall success of the team.

To excel in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing or retail environment;
  • Excellent computer and data entry skills, including proficiency in software applications relevant to the industry;
  • Superior telephone skills, enabling you to build rapport with customers and resolve issues efficiently;
  • A genuine passion for customer service and a desire to help others;
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Great attention to detail and initiative to solve problems independently.
