**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced Training Specialist to support the training and capability uplift of our business. As a key member of our Project Change Team, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and development of our Training Strategy, Training Plan, Training Needs Analysis, and Training Curriculum.
You will work closely with the Training Manager to identify appropriate training methods to successfully educate users, maintain and integrity of the training environment, develop training content and materials for key stakeholder persona groups, and support the translation of vendor training material.
Additional responsibilities include identifying resources to support review of training materials, facilitating reviews, participating in train-the-trainer sessions, supporting and executing the delivery of training, and implementing effective learning methodologies to meet the diverse learning styles of employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development of training content and materials for key stakeholders

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. You must have proven experience as a Training Specialist or similar role in a project or program environment, with successful delivery and people adoption of change.
You should also have good understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies, demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and experience managing relationships with internal business stakeholders and external partners.
