Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive team member for our airport location.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring excellent sales and customer service whilst being dedicated to the growing success of the location.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Greeting each customer in a friendly and professional manner during the final stage of their journey.
  • Ensuring that the customers experience has been positive and providing a solution for any issues that have occurred.
  • Providing high quality service and a WOW experience for the customer.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered, you should possess:

  • Previous experience in customer service, retail or sales.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers.
  • The ability to work alone and as part of a team.
