Job Title: Vehicle Return Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive casual team member to join our airport location. As a Vehicle Return Coordinator, you will play a critical part in ensuring excellent customer service for our clients while being dedicated to the growing success of the location.

About the Role:

  • Greet each customer in a friendly and professional manner in the final stage of their journey.
  • Ensure that the customers experience has been positive and provide a solution for any issues that have occurred.
  • Provide a WOW experience for the customer by going the extra mile to ensure high quality service.
  • Conduct damage inspection of all returning vehicles and outgoing vehicles to retain customer peace of mind and overall satisfaction.
  • Check the vehicles for roadworthiness and ensure appropriate oil levels and tyre pressure is consistently maintained.
  • Identify and report any chips on the windscreens, panel damage, or general wear and tear on the vehicle.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, retail or sales.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers.
  • Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work on a rotating shift roster including weekends and public holidays.
  • Valid Australian driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Current and ongoing Australian work rights.
