About the Role:

Job Description: As a Senior Clinical Leader, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational direction to the clinical team. You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of our residents.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Aged care experience, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role
  • A Registered Nurse qualification
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
