Join a leadership team to oversee high-quality care delivery. The Clinical Care Manager role focuses on ensuring the delivery of person-centred care through advanced clinical practice, staff supervision, and compliance with aged care standards.
- Assist in overseeing daily operations of the care home.
- Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing and care staff.
- Ensure care is delivered in line with residents' goals, preferences and assessed needs.
- Oversee care planning, assessments, case conferences, and AN-ACC documentation.
- Ensure compliance with relevant aged care legislation, regulations, and best practices.
- Liaise with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care delivery.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training and performance management of staff.
- Drive continuous improvement and evidence-based practice in the clinical setting.
- A current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- A minimum 3 years' post-registration experience in aged care.
- A strong understanding of clinical governance and aged care standards.
- A proven ability to lead, mentor and support a multi-disciplinary team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Well-developed skills in time management, prioritisation, and decision-making.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in clinical documentation systems
- An NDIS Worker Screening Check or an active AFP check with an NDIS application.
- Full working rights in Australia.
- An up-to-date influenza vaccination and willingness to comply with applicable health directives.
- A willingness to travel within Queensland, including occasional overnight stays as required.
