Business Change Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Change Specialist to join our dynamic team and contribute to the delivery of ICT and Change Management projects across 12 Health Services within the Loddon Mallee.

This is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with stakeholders, identify business problems and opportunities, and propose changes to work practices to achieve results.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to capture existing business processes and identify inconsistencies
  • Work closely with HR and Payroll teams at each health service to achieve regional alignment and successful project outcomes
  • Contribute to the development of business cases and proposals to achieve results
  • Bridge the gap between stakeholder needs and project outcomes
