The Portfolio and Financial Management Improvement Program requires a dedicated change professional to support the successful delivery of transformation initiatives. This role plays a key part in embedding sustainable change and driving organisational improvement in a complex environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience delivering and/or certification in change management methodologies, such as Prosci or ADKAR. They must also possess strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proven track record in stakeholder engagement and facilitation. Additionally, they should be highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work across competing priorities.

The successful change professional will work closely with project teams, consultants, and stakeholders to coordinate and deliver activities that build readiness, support adoption, and strengthen engagement. Their responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing fit-for-purpose change strategies and implementation plans.
  2. Coordinating and tracking activities, timelines, and deliverables across multiple stakeholder groups.
  3. Maintaining artefacts, such as stakeholder maps, readiness checklists, and impact assessments.
  4. Identifying impacted stakeholders and supporting engagement planning.
  5. Preparing stakeholder presentations, communications, and briefing materials.
  6. Monitoring feedback channels and escalating issues and risks appropriately.
  7. Drafting and maintaining communication materials, such as FAQs, updates, and newsletters.
  8. Assisting in training activity coordination, including scheduling, logistics, and feedback collection.
  9. Maintaining engagement registers, training records, and supporting change tracking dashboards.

The change professional will also assist in facilitating and documenting change impact assessments, monitoring and reporting on business readiness indicators, and identifying and tracking benefits, resistance themes, and user feedback.
