About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Payroll Compliance Manager to lead our Payroll Compliance team and oversee all post-payrun tasks in line with relevant legislative requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement models to analyze all aspects of payroll across various pay groups in Australia and New Zealand.
  • Handle day-to-day compliance tasks, including third-party disbursements, reconciliation of control accounts, debt recoveries, and banking.
  • Lead internal and external audit processes.
  • Contribute to key processes and priorities as a member of the Payroll leadership group team.

Requirements

  • Proven demonstrated experience in payroll management and compliance.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and systems, including Ichris/Workday and UKG.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to coach and develop others, providing feedback and getting the best out of the team.
