Job Title:

Banker Lead Enablement Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking a high-performing professional to support our team in delivering banker leads across Business & Private Banking servicing over 3k bankers.

The role will engage with Distribution segments/bankers to identify strategic areas of focus.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement new banker leads to drive commercial & customer outcomes.
  • Rewarding opportunity to prioritize customer needs.
  • Continuously collate and generate insights from banker feedback to design optimization initiatives.
  • Maintain and improve the banker leads ecosystem through driving process improvement initiatives, maintaining the leads process flow, resolving stakeholder queries, and conduct training sessions & masterclasses.
  • Continuously monitor performance of the leads program against targets.
  • Contribute to the refinement of the banker leads strategy and the development of roadmaps of strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and implement new banker leads.
  • Support the Customer Banker Enablement team with queries, reporting, and ad-hoc analysis of the leads program.

About You:

  • Australian Business Banking & Financial Services experience.
  • Project management expertise.
  • Analytics background.
  • Product management experience.
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
