Restaurant Operations Director

AccorHotel is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our service team and drive results in Melbourne South Wharf.
About the RoleWe are offering a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career advancement within Accor.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee Daily Operations: Ensure smooth and efficient service aligned with business demand.
- Set High Service Standards: Drive quality and consistency in guest experiences.
- Manage Costs and Efficiency: Identify revenue opportunities, manage costs, and optimise workplace efficiency through roster management and inventory control.
- Lead and Develop Your Team: Foster a culture of excellence through targeted training, performance evaluations, and mentorship.
- Conduct Training and Evaluations: Train, evaluate, and counsel staff to ensure they meet our standards.
- Recruit Top Talent: Attract and hire team members who align with our values and standards.
- Monitor Guest Feedback: Regularly review feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary adjustments.
- Utilise Operational Systems: Streamline service and enhance controls using Micros and PP+.
- Maintain WH&S and Sustainability: Uphold commitments within the department.
- Collaborate with Kitchen Staff: Ensure seamless service delivery.
- Proven Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading and managing a successful team in a high-volume restaurant environment.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prioritisation and Multitasking: Ability to prioritise tasks, multitask, and work effectively in a team environment.
- Positive Attitude and Creativity: Outgoing personality with a positive attitude, initiative, and ability to think creatively.
- Strong Work Ethic and Customer Service: Immaculate personal presentation, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service skills.
- Certifications and Flexibility: Valid RSA Certificate, valid right to work in Australia, and flexibility to work shifts including days, evenings, and weekends.
