  • $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  3. Set, implement, and maintain high service standards, driving quality and a consistent guest experience
  4. Identify revenue opportunities, manage costs effectively, and optimise workplace efficiency through roster management and inventory control
  5. Lead and develop your team through targeted training, performance evaluations, and mentorship, fostering a culture of excellence
  6. Conduct training, performance evaluations, and counselling of staff
  7. Recruit team members who align with our standards and values, ensuring a high level of guest engagement and satisfaction
  8. Review guest feedback regularly to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary adjustments
  9. Utilise and maintain operational systems, including Micros and PP+, to streamline service and enhance controls
  10. Ensure WH&S and sustainability commitments are upheld within the department
  11. Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a successful team in a high-volume restaurant
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
