We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable individual to join our Dispatch and Delivery Team as a valuable member.

This role involves picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently, loading delivery vehicles manually, and completing local deliveries of products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pick and pack customer orders with precision and speed
  • Loading and unloading delivery vehicles requires manual handling skills
  • Deliver products to customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Interact with customers in a friendly and courteous way, ensuring their satisfaction
  • Verify invoices for accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain safe driving practices at all times
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of delivery vehicles
Requirements:
  • A valid Australian driver's licence is essential
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail
  • Effective time management skills are necessary
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team is crucial
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills are required
  • The physical fitness to perform manual handling tasks is necessary
  • Fundamental numeracy skills to check and reconcile invoices
