**Meaningful Work in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services**
The Essex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a dedicated Specialist Doctor to join our dynamic Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) team at Poplar Adolescent Unit.
This unique opportunity allows you to work alongside a multi-disciplinary team including Consultants, Psychologists, therapists, nurses and social workers to deliver high-quality patient-centred care.
**Responsibilities:**
- Observe agreed policies and procedures.
- Provide a service in the specialty with responsibility for prevention, diagnosis and treatment of illness, and proper functioning of the department.
- Contribute to assessment, treatment planning, risk management and ongoing therapeutic interventions.
- Participate in audit and continuing medical education.
- Train junior medical staff and medical students.
- Be involved in research and teaching where appropriate.
