Child and Adolescent Mental Health Specialist

We are seeking a Child and Adolescent Mental Health Specialist to support the wellbeing of students at our Toorak Campus.
The successful candidate will work with children and families, providing short-term or intermittent counselling interventions and consulting with staff on student psychological needs.
This part-time (0.5 FTE) role is offered during term time only, commencing Term 4 2025. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing individual or group counselling programs
- Consulting with parents and staff on student wellbeing
- Liaising with multidisciplinary staff for student access to treatment
- Maintaining accurate records and participating in meetings focused on student management
To be successful in this role, you will need registration as a psychologist with AHPRA, advanced skills in counselling interventions for children, and knowledge of child development and mental health.
