Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement individualised plans to meet the needs of young people
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure seamless service delivery
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A relevant degree in a field such as Occupational Therapy, Nursing, Social Work, or Counselling
- Experience working with children and adolescents in a mental health setting
