Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and safety-focused leader to oversee our heavy mobile fleet in various underground mining projects.

This role involves providing direct supervision and guidance to workshop personnel, allocating tasks, monitoring work progress and quality while ensuring adherence to relevant policies and procedures.

  • Lead a team of workshop personnel to execute maintenance tasks efficiently and safely.
  • Provide coaching and direction to ensure daily planned work is accomplished and updates are communicated to relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain stock levels required on-site and ensure all work meets high-quality standards.
  • Participate in safety initiatives, including incident investigations, risk assessments, and job safety analysis.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a leading hand or shift supervisor, preferably in the mining industry. Relevant trade qualifications, certificates, and licenses are essential.
