We are looking for a Supervisor Mobile Equipment Maintenance to lead the planning and safe execution of mobile equipment across our Pilbara sites. Reporting to the Superintendent Mobile Equipment Maintenance, you will:

• Be an inspiring role model and coach for positive behaviours, practices, and processes.
• Provide safety and technical leadership, mentoring and guidance to your team of trade and non-trade personnel, understanding their strengths to ensure safety is first and the correct work is completed.
• Allocate and coordinate planned maintenance activities using Rio Tinto workflow management principles.
• Prioritise and manage breakdowns with the mine production team.
• Drive continuous improvement projects focused on cost saving and production efficiency.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of maintenance personnel.
• Organise and manage the execution of maintenance work.
• Manage maintenance activities to maximise productivity while minimising cost and environmental impact.

• Leadership experience with the ability to develop and coach team members; contractor management experience.
• In-depth knowledge of large-scale earthmoving equipment maintenance.
• Knowledge of maintenance plans, schedules and budgets.
• Understanding of the work management process and principles.
• Exposure/experience working within an AHS worksite (desirable).
• Experience working with Komatsu, Hitachi and Caterpillar equipment (desirable).
• Current Western Australian C Class Driver's Licence (Manual).
• Statutory Position Legal Exam – Statutory Supervisor (desirable).
