Job Title: Mobile Maintenance Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to manage mobile maintenance administrative duties at our site.

The successful candidate will maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders and external providers, facilitating the new starter process, scheduling subcontractors, carrying out administration functions, assisting mobile maintenance supervisors, processing timesheets, and handling general administrative tasks.

To be successful in this role, you will require strong administrative experience preferably working in a mining operation maintenance administration role, intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office suite skills, strong interpersonal skills, and a solid work ethic.

  • Maintaining effective relationships and communication with all stakeholders and external providers.
  • Facilitating the new starter process with mobile maintenance procedure reviews, site entry paperwork, flights, and accommodation.
  • Scheduling and mobilizing various subcontractors to site in conjunction with site admin.
  • Carrying out administration functions including data management and procurement activities.
  • Assisting mobile maintenance supervisors and planners with data entry, workorder and work request close outs.
  • Processing of all mobile maintenance timesheets.
  • Processing of HME and LV/ancillary equipment prestart and defect entry into Pronto.
  • Raising, receipting, and adjustment of purchase orders.
  • Ensuring accurate data entry.
  • Handling general administrative duties.
