Job Description:

We seek a highly skilled Recruitment & Sales Trainer to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for developing recruitment consultants, sales professionals, and leaders to reach their potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver proven recruitment and sales training programs to all levels of recruitment and sales professionals
  • Mentor and coach employees to achieve their career goals
  • Engage with clients to understand training needs, people development, and business requirements
  • Assist in the talent acquisition function to hire key positions

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a resourcer, 360 recruitment consultant, and/or account manager
  • Excellent influencing, presentation, written, and oral communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Passion for recruitment and sales
  • Disciplined organization and time management
  • A desire for continuous learning, personal, and professional growth

Desirable:

Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
